The Program for Organizational and Staff Development (POSD) provides division-wide and department specific training programs for the Division of Student Affairs.
POSD training services include:
- Training programs tailored to the specific needs of departments and programs
- Train-the-trainer seminars for those who wish to improve their own training effectiveness
- Division-wide training programs designed to address the needs of specific employee groups and current priorities of the Division
