The Division of Student Affairs at Texas A&M University is committed to assisting employees in resolving conflicts at the lowest level possible. Mediation allows disputants to identify and resolve their conflicts in a safe, confidential setting. Our mediators serve as neutral third parties who facilitate and guide parties through a process by which they are responsible for resolving their issues.
