Why Mediation?
The Program for Organizational and Staff Development conducts two party ad multi-party medaitions for Division staff.
Mediation is an intervention into a dispute by an acceptable impartial, and neutral third party who has no decsion making authority, but who will assist contending parties to negotiate an acccpetable settlement of disputes voluntarily.
