Advisory Team Roles & Responsibilities
- Acts as a sounding board for the program coordinator to keep the program from operating in conceptual isolation
- Keeps a ‘pulse on the Division’—ensures that the program addresses Division issues and concerns as appropriate
- Helps shape POSD programs
- Monitors program evaluation
- Serves as advocates and ambassadors for the program
- Identifies appropriate participants for POSD programs
- Interprets professional development needs of Division employees and assists in translating these into appropriate professional development programs & approaches
