Registration Fee:

  • $102 - TAMU College Station affiliated participants
  • $306 - Non TAMU College Station affiliated participants
  • The fee covers Academy materials, breakfast each day, and the closing dinner.

Payment can be made in one of two ways:

  • By transfer of funds (available to TAMU College Station participants only). Participants using this payment option should submit the appropriate Inter-Departmental Transfer (IDT). Use account 217200 object code 0486.
  • By EPay. Paying on-line is easy! Just read the directions below and then click on the following link.

Epay Instructions:

  • Click on the Pay Now button.
  • Click on the Special Events link.
  • Click on the proper event title and designation - TAMU Affiliate or Non-TAMU Affiliate.
  • Fill in the information requested and click continue until you receive your receipt.
  • Be sure to save or print the receipt.
